Yes it is amazing that Americans are ready to buy that pig because the Washington Whores put lipstick and a tootoo on the Medical commissions. Zero and his Medical Fascist had to back off (really?) the Care Commission. But how did they get around it? By putting it in Congresses hands.
NO agencies and departments on the block. MILITARY and HEALTHCARE. The can claim it's only Medicare. But according to Obamacare Eveyone must be covered by the Obamacare T-4 Program.

Mixed feelings on this. Tackling Obamacare is a dead issue with this Senate and White House. I think most of us agreed during the 2010 elections that this is an issue to deal with in the 2012 election and that a Republican President would be necessary to get rid of it. We also mostly have felt that a piecemeal attack would probably be worse off for us in the long run...that if we strip the worst parts that are politically easy to attack that we may end up unable to get rid of the core of it after 2012...the massive federal controls and bureaucracy.
That said, we do have the purse strings and can at least score some political points in the meantime if not cutting some funding, especially with this nasty bureaucratic panel. I am pretty sure this stuff is just off the table with a Reid/Obama partnership. We can’t get it through the Senate to get it to Obama. These two have zero interest in governing based on majority opinion. We’ve seen it time and time again. They’ll go down with the ship to protect their obamacare monument.
Time for a third party. Tea Party in congress should tell boner and his ilk “We’re not joining you. You can join us. Otherwise you can answer to Pelosi until we get rig of you. As it is, we’re answering to obama.”

This was the only opportunity to get rid of obamacare. You simply say “This is why we’re here. Take it or leave it.” Obama did not want “default” on his watch. Plus, he knows the polls are in favor of doing away with obamacare. The gop’s polling would have been through the roof. But it didn’t happen when you’ve only got one party.
Don't be so reticent - tell us what you really think!!!!!The truth is, this deal might postpone the moment of reckoning by a few minutes.

Obamacare cut a half trillion from Medicare and we’re supposed to believe they’d be against more cuts here? They’d love to get more cuts in and be able to blame it on the GOP. This deal is a dream for them.

I understand Boehners untennable position. Obama and the DUMS refused to put anything in writing. And yes it is ALL on the REPUBS now. But there is still time for people to understand the ramifications. I think IF the military began to retire in mass. Maybe just maybe people will get it.
ALL sane people know that. I heard a Tea Party guy talking today that this actually does almost nothing to solve the problem. Cuts are 7 years out, NOTHING now. How does THAT solve the problem since cuts never occur when they are THAT FAR in the future.
