BEIJING Weekend violence in Chinas restive Xinjiang region left as many as 15 people dead, including three killed during or after a bombing attack Sunday afternoon and four attackers shot dead an hour later by Chinese security forces, according to official news agency accounts and residents reached by telephone.
The Sunday violence follows an incident reported late Saturday, when two bombs exploded, and two assailants reportedly hijacked a truck, stabbing the driver and ramming the vehicle into a crowd of pedestrians, killing seven people and injuring 22. The crowd reportedly killed one of the hijackers.
The violence occurred in the border town of Kashgar, the old Silk Road city in far Western Xinjiang near the border with Tajikistan.
Details were still emerging late Sunday, but security officials blamed the upsurge of violence on rioters, the term often used for Xinjiangs Muslim Uigher separatists who have staged mostly low-level attacks against Chinese government rule. n one of the most brazen attacks, assailants stormed a police station July 18 in Hotan city and took hostages, killing four people before police in turn killed 14 of the attackers, although Uigher exile groups dispute that account of the incident.

great post.
the MSM continues to try to hide the truth.
ANYWHERE Muslims make up more than 4% of the population, there is violence against non-Muslims.

whether it’s Catholics in Phillipines, Buddhists in Thailand, or Atheists in China.
ONE constant, all over the world. Islam.
Popcorn time.
I’ll root for the ChiComs.
The crowd killed one of the hijackers of the truck.
Too bad they didn’t kill the other one too.
The Chinese could implement a Carthage option: kill the men, disperse the women all through China as sex slaves, and then re-settle the area with their own people. Hey, it worked for the Romans.
Me too. At least they aren’t literally insane. And, because they haven’t insisted on marrying their cousins for centuries, unlikely to become so.
So do I, they play by different rules, and rule number one is eliminate the problem by any means necessary...
I’m not rooting for anyone here but my money is on the chicoms. If they are willing to kill 50 million of their own people, imagine what they’ll do to a bunch of ethnically alien weegers.
I suspect the Chinese response will be limited to executing everyone involved in the conspiracy. In Muslim countries (and in Thailand), imams have tended to be spared. Not so in China. There, they seem to have a special zeal for executing imams.

Which is why China will continue to endure. They don’t give a rat’s arse about the niceties of titles or religious standing (as their persecution of Christians has shown) and it’s also why China may well end up leading the world in regards to prestige and leadership. They are also dealing with the root source of support (Imams).
Yes, you have to admire that in a society.
Yeah, I would definatley place money on the Chi-Coms. They aren’t just determined like the Muzzies, but they are more refined in their methods and far more sadistic than the Muzzies could ever dream of being. This is a culture that invented some of the most painful (and perversely, legendary) torture methods known to man. They also have the will to use them too.
I’ll root for the bacon-eaters.
Yep, never trust anyone who doesn’t like bacon.
The Han Chinese are already settling occupied East Turkestan (xinjang), Tibet, Inner Mongola, and Manchuria. That is the cause of this violence.
“The crowd reportedly killed one of the hijackers.”
Good for them!
