8:03 a.m. Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., says Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s deficit reduction plan is bad, but Boehner’s is worse in a Wall Street Journal op-ed published today.
If the Reps were really smart, they would send a clean, short term increase in the debt ceiling and send it to the Senate.
AND FREEZE SPENDING AT CURRENT LEVELS. Then send it to the Senate.

What I read between the lines from TOTUS is that by Monday night, with no bill to his liking ( a sellout bill), he will take unconstitutional action with respect to the Separation of Powers. Its coming. The “running out of time” line is the threat.
Just heard revised plan will be more like CCB. Hmmmm, why don’t they just say “we passed it already & H.Reid & the Senate are sitting on it?” Then again, pass CCB TWICE ..... & let the ‘flopsweating ferret” deal with that one.

this is the same speech he would have given if Boehners plan would have passed last night.
BTW why is the House going ahead with this vote to pass a bill thet the President just said has "zero" chance of passing the Senate or being signed by him into law??
Obama craving more face time. Telepromptered his way through a five minute speech then boogied out of there-— Speech was the same old platitudes plus trying to position the mighty Obama standing above petty Congressional squabbling

If he does that, impeachment proceedings should commence right afterwards along with a legal challenge requesting adjudication immediately from SCOTUS.
