McConnell's moving ahead to prepare a bill that can be reconciled.
I heard on the radio they went to the House member chapel and prayed together earlier this evening.
“Need to throw this all into Dingy Harry’s lap. Tell him if he doesn’t like how things are going in the House to get off his ass and pass something in the Senate!”
I believe the reason is all budget bill have to start in the house.
Now I agree they could still put something together and hand it to the house but they do not want to do that because it will put focus on them.
