UPDATE: Abdulhakim Muhammad--who confessed to shooting two soldiers outside a military recruiting station in Arkansas in June of 2009--has changed his plea to guilty. Jury has been dismissed.

Muhammad claimed to have links to terror groups, but it's unclear whether that is true. He engaged in naked treason by engaging in an Islamist attack on US soil against US troops during a time of war against Islamonazis.

If there were a non-polluting, cheap and inexhaustive source of energy, self styled enironmentalists would find a reason to object. Same deal with the death penalty. If you had 10 eye witnesses and a guilty plea, prisoner rights advocates would object to the death penalty.
