LITTLE ROCK, Ark. At least two psychiatrists are expected to testify this week in the trial of a man who confessed to shooting two soldiers outside a military recruiting station in Arkansas.
Dr. Shawn Agharkar (uh-GAR'-ker) is due back in court Monday for the trial of Abdulhakim Muhammad. Agharkar says Muhammad suffers from a delusionary disorder. A state psychiatrist who says Muhammad doesn't have a mental disease is expected to testify, too.
**SNIP**
He's confessed to the shooting, but says it's justified because of U.S. military action in the Middle East.
Defense attorneys say Muhammad is not guilty by reason of mental defect or disease. Muhammad and prosecutors disagree.

Good enough for me. When's the hangin'?
Why don’t they bring over the Ft. Hood psychiatrist to testify?
It’s certainly not very ‘progressive’ or ‘inclusive’ of these defense attornies and psychiatricts to apply their own arrogant, euro-centric definition of ‘sanity’, steeped as it is in corrupt western philosophy, on this poor, down-trodden muslim.
If HE says he is sane, then who are WE to disagree with him? As a properly indoctrinated subject of a fine, multi-cultural nation, I think we OWE it to this man to respect his ‘beliefs’, and to try him, convict him and execute him as soon as is humanly possible.
That's a Punjabi name if I'm not mistaken.
Perhaps a little Taqiyya for a brother muslime? At the very least, he's probably completely incompetent, as is so often the case with third worlders awarded a "Doctorate" in the U.S.
Should that be the result ... AND IF IF IF we can reclaim the Senate and Executive ... we MIGHT be able to quell a looming conflict between Islam and America.
Nothing will ever kick Islam out of America nor close the mosques, but they sure can be shut up and declawed.
None of us want revolution, but many of us are prepared.
Defense begins in Lakemper murder trial
Boehm also questioned the doctor's diagnosis of post traumatic stress disorder, which Agharkar said came from childhood trauma. Could it also come from murdering three people? Boehm asked.
Man competent to stand trial in Pressly death
LITTLE ROCK A man accused of killing a television anchorwoman is competent to stand trial, a judge ruled Thursday, setting the stage of a possible death penalty case.
