An eyewitness tells Norwegian broadcaster NRK that he saw 20 to 25 bodies at the youth camp where a gunman dressed in a police uniform opened fire.
Andre Scheie says he saw bodies on the shore of the Utoya island where the youth wing of the Labor Party was holding a summer camp for hundreds of youths.
Scheie said Friday: "There are very many dead by the shore ... there are about 20-25 dead." He also said he saw dead people in the water.

Yep....then again it could have been a stupid report by a stupid socialist with his head in the damn sand.
Prayers for those poor people. This is just horrific.
This will be used as a ploy to
1. Attack conservatives “For making them mad”
2. For more gun control in the US.
Terry Nichols built that bomb, and he did so only after repeated trips to Cebu, Philippines. The town where Ramzi Yousef was living at the time.
Amazing how so many don’t know, or care to know, the facts about OKC.
“Rightwing” as in Trotsky? Menchivik? or what?
Absolutely.
......i told my Imam (a moderate Imam near Washington DC), that from reading, it seemed to me, that bin Laden was NOT misunderstanding Islam, but had it correct...
That's what struck immediately after 9/11. I remember reflecting that the hijackers were completely 'rational' - with respect to acting out their religion. If they truly believed their koran/hadiths were inspired by God - then suicidal murder was their ticket into Nirvana...
But although I can understand the thought process (as someone who believes the Bible is the Word of God) - I would have hoped that anyone with one last remaining functional neuron in their brain would have grasped some fundamental problems with the koran/hadiths. I.e., why do you believe God inspired this book? Unlike the Bible - there are no prophecies (God Himself says -- 'I'm telling you these things that will happen in the future (e.g., calling Cyrus and Josiah by name -- even before they were born) so you'll know that this Word is true'). And why does the Creator of the Universe actually need people to be His hitmen? After a few moments of reflection you should probably conclude that the koran was not inspired by the Holy Spirit. It was inspired by some being that hates people. Someone who enjoys promoting death and misery in the human race: Lucifer.
A Muslim sympathizer?
There are also many links between Neo-Nazis and Muzzies.
Is there an actual body count? from both attacks?
It will be interesting to find the ultimate culprits of this tragedy...I hesitate throw this at Islamic terrorists since they captured what appears to a national with local dialect (unsubstantiated). If it’s true, it could be pointing towards a political/anti government vendetta vs. a religious one. Could be a convert...but will wait an see. If it is a convert, then the game is changing quickly guys...

Are you serious? We have had a ton more terrorist attacks than they have by far.....I think they could complain about us more than themselves if you really think about it. We aren’t doing much in our own back yard to stop anything.
Agreed.
I can't believe the Founding Fathers would have conceived that their successors would allow a 'religion' that had been at war with the West for over 1000 years to have free reign in this country.
If a philosophy, or political movement, states that its followers are to either convert, enslave, or kill those that don't join its club -- its lunacy to give that philosophy legal standing. And calling it a 'religion' doesn't change the matter. The Brits banned the 'religion' of the Thuggees in the 1800s -- and they performed a good service in doing so.
FORWARD, MARCH!
DOUBLE TIME!
Please explain what you mean by "a right wing death squad". If you are referring to the "Tea Party" or "right wing conservatives", you are out of line, sir. Jim would not be happy if you are here on his site if you are.
Yes, wise and well-informed leadership would demand the banning of that religion and expulsion of those who teach/follow it.
I’m certainly not making light of the situation but too bad marksmanship wasn’t part of the camp agenda. These kids were sitting ducks, on a island with no way to defend themselves and nowhere to flee.
