I certainly can’t excuse the officer’s conduct, but for background purposes, did something happen in either Ohio or the officer’s personal life that had him so on edge?

1) Excess steroid use has given him a very small penis.

As a native of that part of Ohio I would have to say that the cop’s behavior was about what one could expect from the LEOs in the area.

I'm guessing he was a cop either in Ohio or in another state. Dunno

U wonder WHY anyhody would be cop. What does a cop make now'days after all their training, degrees and experience? $29k?

What's the worth of low life scum-bag?

Definitely MORE than that for certain. WHY would anybody be a cop? It is MORE stupid than NOT to be an atheist.

I don’t care what happened in his life or in Ohio. You got a cop threatening to put a gun in the mouth of someone, they need to call in to work that day.

It looks like a classic case of the “Matt Dillon Syndrome”.

In an earlier thread here on FR

Reply 87 .......I don’t know if they gave him his gun back - but the DA is offering to drop the felony charge of failing to inform if the CCW permit holder agrees not to sue.

Just a guess: Psycho cop is going to cost the city a ton of money if a jury sees this tape.

----------------------------

"You know what I should have done? I'll tell you what I should have done. As soon as I saw your gun, I should have taken two steps back, pulled my Glock 40 and just put ten bullets in your ass and let you drop. And I wouldn'tve lost any sleep. And he would have been a nice witness as I executed you because you're stupid."

Hopefully a team of doctors will look into the background of a person who makes the above statement. It might be useful treating him in the years to come.

Irrelevant.

Not trying to be a jerk, but do events in your personal life get you much slack when dealing in your professional life?

This was just a cop being “Chuck Norris.” I am really getting tired of it.

Ossifer Not-So-Friendly should not have gone to work if he was incapacitated for any reason.

Not just drugs and/or alcohol can incapacitate, so can emotional stresses.

In any case, going on the public time clock while impaired should be reason for dismissal. Being armed and impaired MUST result in immediate firing.
