During an April, 2009 House Judiciary Committee hearing on the Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009, fellow Floridian Tom Rooney, a retired U.S. Army JAG Corps officer, introduced an amendment that would make attacks against military veterans a hate crime. Wasserman Schultz remarked on the amendment:
"I'm from a state, as Mr. Rooney is, that includes and represents the districts that include real victims. I represent a very large -- one of the largest gay populations in the United States of America. One of the largest Jewish populations in the United States of America. My region -- our region has a very large African-American population. It really is belittling of the respect that we should have for these groups to suggest that members of the armed services have somehow systematically been the victims of hate crimes."
In short, she is everything that's wrong with "Reformed" Jews and the "Progressive" agenda. Worse, she is untrainable. *

She doesn’t deserve any apology. She owes Cong. West an apology for the things she has said about him in the past.
The times I've seen her she looked like a homeless person's unmade bed.

Just a few years ago their heroes were stringing up Republicans for supporting the rights of blacks, and stringing up blacks for attempting to exercise those rights of citizenship…such as free expression.
For the Democrats, including Debbie Wasserman Schultz, you are still their property. And as such you have only the right to repeat what they tell you to say. If you get “uppity” and attempt to be defiant, they will make every effort to destroy you…the only thing that has changed are their methods.

Cleaver, with the Black Caucus said today he was going to discuss it with West. So we have a guy who goes running to the press about imagined insults lecturing someone who was actually insulted. It’s like a guy with a glass jaw tutoring boxing.
