>>>>Shawn Steele, a Republican National committeeman from L.A., noted that other prominent Orange County Republicans who once supported Romney last week hosted an event for Texas Gov. Rick Perry: “Now they’re co-hosting Rick Perry. That in itself is a story. When you have the Orange County machinery flipping from one candidate to another, that is something very significant," Steele said.<<<<

And speaking of fundraising (Perry being brought up in NPR articles that are beginning to "pop up" on Google) here is a mention of Bush support (or not) for a Perry run.

[snip] >>>>Halloran: There's been much made about the antipathy in Texas between the so-called Bush country-club Republicans and the Perry wing of the state party. What was the genesis of that bad feeling and how do you think that might play out if he decides to run?

Smith: Remember that Rick Perry loosed this on the world himself when he endorsed Rudolph Giuliani for the Republican primary nomination in 2008. He was campaigning with Giuliani in Iowa and famously said that George W. Bush was not really a fiscal conservative. A telling moment was in the 2010 Republican primary for governor when Kay Bailey Hutchison, the senior U.S. senator for Texas, was running against Perry. Practically all of the old Bush folks — Jim Baker, Karen Hughes, and on down — they all supported Kay. They just don't think that Perry's their kind of guy. His political style is not their political style. His ideological style is not their style.

Halloran: Is the rift overstated?

Smith: Some Bush people say it's overblown. The view we have on it from the ground is that it is not overblown. The degree to which the Bush people decide to play in this next presidential race is going to be interesting. Are they going to come out and actively support a non-Perry candidate, or are they just going to stand down?

Halloran: Do you think Perry will run?

Smith: I don't think there's any question. It would be the head fake of all time if he were not running.<<<<

Yup. To them, Romney and Perry are interchangeable. No Difference between Romney and Perry.

“He’s got five sons, a beautiful wife, lots of grandchildren. He’s a typical American.” Unlike, DeBlasio said, Obama.

That RomneyBot is just sick

Barry’s two cute girls are preteens..

hardly old enough to be married with children (grandchldren)

And whats the everlasting Mormon obessession with sons ???

Oh yeah...

So Barry is not a “typical American” because he has no FIVE lazy good for nothing boys who refuse to serve our country...

Well the refusal to serve is typically liberal;...

Neither Barry or Willie Mitty served...

Barry’s grandfather served but Willie Mittys didnt..

Barrys American parent was a woman and women were not in combat then...

Willie Mitty’s Mexican born father claimed he was brain washed in Nam when he visited as a civilian with other governors...an excuse to keep being-groomed-for-POTUS-sonny-boy out of the fighting in case Willie Mitty gor a manicured finger nail bent...

In fact Willie Mitty dodged the draft at least TWO TIMES during Nam...

thats not typically Conservative patriotic..

HOWEVER Gov Sarah Palin has a drop deead gorgeous husband, FIVE children and the family are busy working on the lots of grandchildren requirement...

Sarah is well qualified in the mind of this RomneyBot to be POTUS

Oh and her eligible son fought in the US military...

BTW I have lots of grandchildren..

and a line of US etc military going way back to the early days of this country...

starting with me...
