Another sequel to the "Saw" movie.

“Dad, are you sure you know what you’re doing? Ouch!”

Well, if we start putting people in jail for being stupid, much of Florida would be behind bars.

The average prosecutor seems a bit overzealous these days.
Aggravated child abuse? It wasn’t intentional, it was stupid.
There’s a huge difference.

The cast of doctors should have saw this coming.

My dad would have never gotten a chance. I would have cut the thing off myself.
That’s what a sawzall is for.

I plan on working in Karen’s office. My In-law worked in West’s office for 2 weeks before election.

From this excerpt I thought the police were overreacting to the guy using a hand saw and failing to remove the cast. Then I clicked the link. I made it as far as " Police said his 15-year-old son needed emergency surgery." So I'm thinking he broke the skin and the kid needed a couple stitches. Then a little further... "He then retrieved a 10-inch circular saw..." Enough said. I don't think I can stomach reading beyond that.

Agreed. There is lots of incentive to do just that , why pay a doctor 500 bucks to do it? A sawsall works great but you have to have the right blunt ended blade with some duck tape on the end and insert it under the cast with the cutting teeth up, and operate it on low sweep. Once you get the first inch or so the rest is easy as long as the entire limb is solidly imobilized.

Or you can use a 10” circular saw and zip through it in 2 or seconds.

I have a little 18” chain saw that would make quick work of it.

I broke an ankle playing baseball when I was maybe 22 or so....I had the cast on for maybe 2 1/2 months...and it was around July 4th..and I got it wet. It stunk to high heaven...and it was a long week-end so I cut it off. Darn if that didn’t feel real good!!! My doctor was pissed...but I didn’t care. And all turned out fine..........
To: Candor7
Yeah. If somebody tried to cut a cast off my hand with 10” circular saw I wouldn’t jump. I’d calmly pick up my chain saw and fight back.

Actually I laughed when I read this. I could see my dad doing this when I had a cast years ago but I think the casts were thicker then.
