I do not blame Palin for campaigning for McCain’s reelection to the Senate, after all, he was the one who put her on the national stage, by picking her as his VP.

What I object to is the double standard that some use, to bash other candidates just for one single action, such as supporting a candidate they don’t like.

But when we look at the facts: Palin supported Perry and she didn’t owe him anything.

I'm not 'blaming' Palin for her support of anyone, but I am recognizing that she will say things that don't necessarily comport with her self-proclaimed 'rogue' style, or with staunch conservatism.

Why is that so hard for Palin devotees to handle? It never seems to be enough that I would vote for her, but fall short of falling into her orbit.
