BTW, only the first two rows were empty, pretty much a full house of excited conservatives!

As they announced (almost correctly) at our "after party" @ El Torito, from conservatives4palin.com:
Andrew Breitbart Reports That The Undefeated Has the Best Per Screen Average
for All Movies Shown at AMC Theaters Except for Harry Potter

Posted on July 15 2011 - 10:42 PM - Posted by:

In case you are wondering why the mainstream media isn’t reporting on the attendance for The Undefeated, here’s your answer:

#TheUndefeated #2 (out of 30) behind HarryPotter per screen AVG according to 5 o’clock read/AMC.

Rondog, EveningStar, and several other Freepers(whose names I have forgotten given my poor memory) were in attendance at the Movie and the Afterburner.
I understand!

There was a BIG CROWD at the "after party" -- including MANY "not yet FReepers..."

...and quite a few Organize4Palin folks from all over the state...
...but I saw at least THESE FReepers @ El Torito:
SoConPubbie (and Mrs. SCP)
Lily4Jesus (and her four friends)
AGthorn
abigail2
(and her friend)
EveningStar
Mr.B goes to Washington
(and Mrs. B.)
tammybruce
RonDog
Sorry if I missed anyone!
I will post some of the "not yet FReepers" and "Organize4Palin" folks -- soon!

KEYWORDS: orangecounty; palin; palinvanity; sarahpalin; theundecided; theundefeated; vanity
FWIW, to the newbie who added the "vanity" keywords to this thread:
1 - You don't get much more NON-vanity than an L.A. Chapter FReep "after action" report,
2 - I asked SoConPubbie to post this thread,
3 - Supporting this powerful new movie about Governor Palin's accomplishments in Alaska
is in COMPLETE alignment with the core values of this forum,
4 - The Moderators here can tell EXACTLY who posts which keywords on a thread,
5 - Governor Palin will soon be PRESIDENT Palin -- so get used to it, and MOST importantly,
6 - The BIG DOG around here likes this Mama Grizzly -- so BACK OFF.

Soon-to-be PRESIDENT Palin with Free Republic founder Jim Robinson

Here endth the lesson. ;)

Wife and I joined approximately 150+- conservatives in the 7:00 showing of The Undefeated at the AMC Theatres in Orange, CA at The Block.
I was at both the 4 pm and the 7 pm shows...
...and there MIGHT have been a few empty seats at the very front -- in the "neck straining" section...
...but the "official" capacity of that theater is 314...
...and there were pretty close to that number of people in attendance at both shows.

There was an Afterburner, organized by Organized4Palin, at the El Torito in the Mall parking lot.

40+ people showed up, including Tammy Bruce.

I don't want to get the nice folks at the El Torito in trouble with the Fire Marshal...
...but let's just say that YOUR estimate of the crowd size at our "after party" was MUCH LOWER than mine. ;)

For any who attended beind Cali and all...Serious question. Were there any people you saw either indifferent or openly negative to the movie or was it pretty much well received by everyone?

Any protesters or anything of the sort?

Thank you for writing and posting this. A lot of usare too far away to see the picture and so your report is very welcome. I have the DVD on order from sarahpac but it won’t be here for a while.

Mrs. JohnnyP and I went to the 4:05 showing. Probably half full. Sorry we missed you.

Sarah for President, what can I say? The media has hidden so much from us about her.

Lots of clapping and cheering toward the end.

We’re not used to theaters and almost walked out before it started, because of all the ear splitting ads and previews.

I felt like shouting out “Does any one else think it’s too loud?”

This viewer will confess to a very stubbornly resisted tear in my eye, which I somehow managed to keep at bay through the entire film. Just was not going to let that happen.

Wan't easy.

"The Undefeated at the AMC Theatres.."

What exactly is an AMC theater? I wonder if we have one where I live.
