'Mila Kunis will indeed attend the Marine Corps Ball with Sgt. Scott Moore, she confirmed loud and proud Thursday, putting to rest a rumor that she'd backed out.
Watch the video if you can, because she said it best: "Never did I say that I was not going." That version of events was made up, she said, "and people believed it, unfortunately."
The rumor, which appeared to be based on a look at Kunis' production obligations, was sketchy but got a lot of play.
"I accepted an invitation and I'm staying true to my word," the actress said at a "Friends With Benefits" media event. "I got permission to be released from work for the day, so I'm flying in and flying out." Kunis will be headed for the Greenville, N.C., event on Nov. 18.'

Kunis is an odd name.
I wonder if she is an American.
She is unbelievably hot. :) The best irony of all is she voices ugly, lonely Meg on “The Family Guy.”
Yeah, I know it’s a libtard show, but it’s still funny as hell.
Ukranian.
One of Joan Rivers’ best lines on her Oscar fashion show when Mila showed up in a see-through dress: “You can see her Kunis!”
Oohrah!
This does not turn her into a paragon of virtue and all things good when taken with her recent comments that seem to contradict the theme of her current movie...
She’s doing this for one reason, and one reason only: Publicity.
And the Marine is doing it for one reason and one reason only. ;-)
Born in the Ukraine....
Well she is cute.
I would have guessed Yugoslavian or Greek. I always think of Ukrainians as sort of blonde.
Yeah, she does Meg but you should check her out in the “Christian” movie THE BOOK OF ELI. (I said Christian’ because everyone who saw the movie knows what the “book” in the title was)..
The scene where she was offered’ to Denzel for a one-nighter, and dressed in just a white shirt, well it gave me “ideas”.
Happy to give it to her in this case. If you at least compare what she’s doing in advance of a movie release to what others have said and done, a la Donald Sutherland for example, there’s no contest.
About time publicity was given to celebrities who do good things, whatever you may think is the motive.
I love Donald.
I think he is a brilliant actor.
I can think of more than one reason.
Good for her keeping her word. Now if they really want to do wonderful things Hollywood should start inviting single military guys to their premiers and award shows from some of the California bases as their dates.Would give them imeasurabel free publicity.

Well yeah I mean the guy is a MARINE after all! ;-)
