We must not let our "rulers" celebrate the completion of their "transformative" intentions by using their ongoing manufactured "crises," each one ceding more power to the central government.

Instead, American citizens must recognize that, for "the People," the question is between freedom and slavery to government.

"It is proper to take alarm at the first experiment on our liberties. We hold this prudent jealousy to be the first duty of citizens and one of the noblest characteristics of the late Revolution. The freemen of America did not wait till usurped power had strengthened itself by exercise and entangled the wuestion in precedents. They saw all the consequences in the principle [usurpation of power], and they avoided the consequences by denying the principle. We revere this lesson too much . . . to forget it." - James Madison

". . . we must not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt. We must make our election between economy and liberty, or profusion and servitude. - Thomas Jefferson

". . . nip the shoots of arbitrary power in the bud, is the only maxim which can ever preserve the liberties of any people. When the people give way, their deceivers, betrayers, and destroyers presss upon them so fast, that there is no resisting afterwards. The nature of the encroachment upon the American constitution is such, as to grow every day more and more encroaching. Like a cancer, it eats faster and faster every hour. The reveue creates pensioners, and the pensioners urge for more revenue. The people grow less steady spirited, and virtuous, the seekers more numerous and more corrupt, and every day increases the circles of their dependents and expectants, until virtue, integrity, public spirit, simplicity, and frugality, become the objects of ridicule and scorn, and vanity, luxury, foppery, selfishness, meanness, and downright venality swallow up the whole society." - John Adams

Gee, but the President’s own words, these people should be contributing more of their fair share to the Government... and I don’t think a re-election campaign counts.

Let us not forget, Ohaha announced he was "the first billion dollar presidential candidate." Now, he doesn't actually have to raise that amount---he's got zillions stashed away offshore. He merely had to wire-transfer some of it, incrementally.

Ohaha figured by now, the campaign dollars would be rolling in like they did in 2008---and all he had to do was get names to list on the FEC reports.

That ain't happening---so its onward to Plan B---what to do if the campaign money is NOT flowing in.

===============================

REFERENCE Obama "The Fund-Raiser" is a guy who really plans ahead.

Obama stashed away zillions for his campaign (looted from the US Treasury). All he needs is "contributor names and CV" to cover the FEC requirements.

Remember that when Ohaha got in, his first moves were:

(1) taking over the census and placing it under the jurisdiction of the WH (has all the names and CV he needs for the FEC),

(2) taking control of the US Treasury, and,

(3) COS Rahm's brother taking charge of Medicare/Aid billions and O/Care billions.

Now we know why.

This is all that would be on news if a Republican did it, AND the Rats would hire a violent mob to “protest” outside.

Pathetic POS media and their messiah.

I wonder if some of the recent petulance of the boy king is because he already knows the timing here couldn't be worse for him politically, so he's trying to strong arm the GOP into a deal beforehand so it won't look quite so bad for him.

No doubt many “useful idiots” will attend, and end up doubling their money by the taxpayers.

I think the repubs should publish their final offer, release it to the press, then leave a copy in front of obama chair, with a can of generic peas for a paper weight.

for couples contributing $35,800 – a private dinner with the president

Now, now, I'm sure those thousands will be donated to the federal government to help with granny's SS check and not into Whiny Butt's pocket.
