Bill - S. 1323:
"Mr. REID introduced the following bill; which was read twice and ordered to be placed on the calendar"
"Sense of the Senate- It is the sense of the Senate that any agreement to reduce the budget deficit should require
that those earning $1,000,000 or more per year make a more meaningful contribution to the deficit reduction effort."
The Final Vote was 69-27 in favor.
17 "Republicans" joined Reid in support of his Class War ideology propaganda game (a vote which carries not weight).
24 Republicans wanted no part of this (along with 1 Dem)
So who are these Republicans that sided with Reid on his pet 'declaration' called "Sense of the Senate Vote"???...

Here's what Jim Demint had to say about this REID's "Sense of the Senate" voting shenanigans:
-"Sen. Reid's "Sense of the Senate" resolution (S. 1323),
currently on the Senate floor, contains no actual policy.
It notes several class-warfare non-sequiturs, and then calls
on Americans making more than $1 million per year "to make
a more meaningful contribution to the deficit reduction effort."
-Jim DeMint
Rubio is looking great.
Oops..I thought Rubio voted. Nevermind.
The only reason Hatch voted against it is because he’s up for reelection.
Rubio did not vote. I don’t know why. It was “show” vote, with no legislative impact. But, I hardly think that he needs to prove anything with him taking this vote.
Separating the Wheat from the chaff.
Where was Dick Lugar’s (Indiana) vote?
“Ditch-Mitch” McConnell has got to go. What a waste of a seat for KY.
So how did Toomey vote?
And now if this is not satire. We are in for a bumpy ride.

Everey one of them that votes yes need to be thrown out of office!
My bad. Bad speed typist. Sorry, fast typing not my talent.
I’m surprised that Mitch voted Yes. He’s been speaking out strongly against tax increases. I’m not sure what he was thinking with that Yes vote.
John Cornyn -TX—has to go.
No surprises among the Republican quisling choir.
Proof positive that it is time to repeal the 17th Amendment.
You left off the \sarc tag?
If he was in town and didn't vote against this, he may as well have voted for it.
If he was out of town for a family emergency, I'll give him a pass. Otherwise....
AFAIAC for anything less than a *real* family emergency, these clowns should be in attendance all the time.
