I am a Roman Catholic. We do not prosletize(?). You have judged me without knowing what’s truly in my heart. I love the Lord with my entire being and I am considered a Prayer Warrior and have prayed and helped many people. You have judged me wrongly and that is your error. Romneys beliefs are his and his alone. The Lord knows him and I pray for his conversion, as I do for many others.

I watch Pastor Hagee every Sunday before I go to church so please don’t tell me I don’t know Evangelism.

Judging Others

A very odd thing about Mormonism, is how so many Catholics and atheists rush to defend it on these threads.

I have heard repeatedly that Mormons do very well winning converts from Catholicism.

Your church does not consider Mormonism a Christian religion.

That is incorrect. The Catholic church has a long history of proselytizing. Not only to the pagans, but to heretics as well. The Early Church Fathers wrote alot on proselytization and evangelizing non Christians and Heretics. St. Augustine was a heretic at one point by his own admission and was proselytized into the faith. And the Catholic church does not consider Mormons to be Christians.

I have a PhD in medieval religious (Catholic) history and grew up in a Catholic school so I am well versed in Catholicism. My BA is in Biblical Studies and my MA in Ancient History.

FWIW, I don’t consider Hagee representative of Evangelicalism, he preaches a few heresies as well.

I judged your words, not your heart. I never claimed you didn’t love the Lord, I asked if you cared if Mormons were going to Hell. You are the one making assumptions.

Matthew 7 is about judging hypocritically, it doesn’t tell us not to judge.

I love Mormons enough to tell them they are going to Hell. I wish more Christians felt the same.
