As the lethal injection began taking effect, the Mexican National convicted of the brutal rape and killing of a teenage girl in 1995 shouted, "Viva Mexico!" just before he died at a Texas prison. Efforts by Humberto Leal's attorneys to halt the execution fell short, with the U.S. Supreme Court turning back a stay request and Texas Gov. Rick Perry refusing to grant a pardon. He was pronounced dead at 6:21 p.m. local time.
In his last minutes, Leal repeatedly said he was sorry and accepted responsibility. "I have hurt a lot of people. ... I take full blame for everything. I am sorry for what I did," he said in the death chamber. "One more thing," he said as the drugs began taking effect. Then he shouted twice, "Viva Mexico!" at a Texas prison.

The whole “Mexican National” thing coming from the Libtards is ridiculous. They call him that and cannot admit that Illegal Aliens are not Undocumented Immigrants.
Strange thought at that moment. I don't think that Mexico is where he went. He will have to answer to a judge more powerful than any in Texas about the 16 year old girl he brutally murdered. He is not going to like where he is now.

If he *loved* Mexico so much he should have stayed there. We didn’t want him, and certainly didn’t need him. His illegal butt has been in our prison paid for by our tax dollars. If you ask me, and no one ever does, Mexico needs to be billed for his maintenance and death. So, just how much money does it cost the taxpayers to house, feed, give medical treatment and finally give the lethal injection to the average death row inmate??

he has been in the country since he was 2 - he may not be a citizen, but to talk like he was anything other than a criminal is a joke. He is a murderer in the county he was born and in the country where he lived for ove 20 years when he killed his victim.
Like most of his country men, they are Mexicans first and Americans only when there is something to be gained. Witness the soccer game in LA last week.
