As the lethal injection began taking effect, the Mexican National convicted of the brutal rape and killing of a teenage girl in 1995 shouted, "Viva Mexico!" just before he died at a Texas prison. Efforts by Humberto Leal's attorneys to halt the execution fell short, with the U.S. Supreme Court turning back a stay request and Texas Gov. Rick Perry refusing to grant a pardon. He was pronounced dead at 6:21 p.m. local time.
In his last minutes, Leal repeatedly said he was sorry and accepted responsibility. "I have hurt a lot of people. ... I take full blame for everything. I am sorry for what I did," he said in the death chamber. "One more thing," he said as the drugs began taking effect. Then he shouted twice, "Viva Mexico!" at a Texas prison.

That’s cool, If I were there the last thing he would have heard was Adios Moth-——
Viva Texas! Remember the Alamo! Muck Fexico!
I wonder if he actually said “Mexico” or did he say “Mehico” the way Ken and Barbie news anchors say it.
Nobody enforced the laws on illegal immigrants from the 1986 bill, so we have millions of illegal immigrant scum-sucking animals
committing heinous crimes every day.
My tweet about this was that Rick Perry replied “Remember the Alamo Puto!”
Media continues to play up the ‘Mexican national’ while ignoring that he was an ‘illegal alien’ in the US.
In the Middle Ages they would execute criminals using some of the most brutal methods known to man, yet at the same time express condolences for his condition and best wishes for the state of his soul.
whatever.
Deported. Permanently.
If illegal aliens want to rape, torture and murder little girls, I recommend they do it in Mexico. Texas doesn’t take very kindly to that kind of bull**** occurring in their state. LOL! Viva Texas!
Say what?
Excuse me, I missed that...please say it again, would you Sir?
It did bother me at first but the POS can celebrate mexico while burning in hell for an eternity.
Morir Humberto!
He gave his home country a bad name, if this is what he said.
Viva Texas!!!
And if he constantly denied he did it, why did he ask the family to forgive him?
It was kind of him to remind everyone where such a sorry piece of humanity was from, just in case people had questions about increasing border security.
