If by “religious” you mean they get dolled up in elaborate dresses and suits to go listen to some overpaid preacher in a gaudy outfit yell for an hour and listen to gospel music, then you are correct.

But they all love to vote for people that push abortion, gay agendas, dependence on the state, racial “justice” platforms, and reverse racism.

So their religion is pretty much just a show. Or they are pretty slow on the uptick.

I know too many young, female black "preachers" who are unwed mothers, with multiple offspring by different "baby daddies." They preach in their own little non-denominational churches and consider themselves good Christian women.

Actually, I only know of 2 such women, but that is 2 too many.

The dress up is really for the trip to the local eatery afterward. ‘Round here, it’s Golden Corral and it lasts from lunch till dinner because the manager doesn’t have the nerve to make them leave. They call it the Sunday twofer......lunch and dinner for the price of lunch.
