A forecasting model called PollyVote combines several index models for a well-rounded approach to predicting the next U.S. president. One of the models used in PollyVote is a biographical index, called PollyBio, that ranks candidates based on 59 biographical characteristics such as age, home state and athleticism.

The only thing that makes me furious about the Gardisil issue is that it did not include little boys. That HPV bug is a nasty thing to get. It may be more contagious than we think and you cannot get rid of it. A new study suggests that HPV may contribute to cardiovascular disease because it inactivates the tumor-suppressor protein p53, which plays a regulatory role in atherosclerosis.
