We already have it..ANY defendant can request a bench trial....but it’s much harder to bamboozle a judge than a bunch of idiots..

We sure need something different. Dear Hubby and I are both simply stunned. How could a jury of thinking people have come to this verdict? (Note—do NOT turn on Fox, or you’ll get Geraldoed. The guy is insufferable.)

The hair in the trunk? Nope. I’m a guy and I have to run a beard trimmer over my arms once a month to keep from shedding all over my desk. Hair gets everywhere — if she had put the child’s toy in the trunk, hair would be bound to hitch a ride.
Something happened, but there’s no way to tell if it was murder vs. something else. Moreover, the guy who found the body admitted to messing with it. That makes it tainted evidence, and as a juror I would have been forced to discount the alleged conditions of the body.
