Actually, if you go somewhere else in the world as a U.S. citizen and engage in behavior classified as criminal in the United States, you can be arrested, charged, and convicted for it here in the United States, regardless of the act's criminality in the foreign country.

Well I would love to see Obama prosecuted for consensual sodomy in Malawi.As to his being prosecuted here, there are no longer any courts in the USA that would prosecute Obama for consensual sodomy,even though some states may have the anti sodomy criminal laws on their bookts.Hell we can’t even get Obama before a court under Article 2 of the Consitution in our courts.
Much better see Obama prosecuted in Malawi. Send Obama over with his fudge packing kit.
