Jay Carney admits calling MSNBC yesterday to complain about Mark Halperin's crack [that we were first to report] that the President, at his Wednesday press conference, acted like a "d--k." Did the White House press secretary take the opportunity of his call to pressure the show to bring on more pro-Obama flacks?

The question arises because on today's show, Mika Brzezinski revealed that "we're getting hit a lot lately for not bringing on people who speak on behalf of the White House and really stick up for the President."

This is either crazy or a set up. If you watch the video Halperin was encouraged to say something outrageous. Joe kept saying go ahead, I've got your back. Then the rest of the video(as much as I could stand, I didn't watch the whole thing) was everyone one else saying how wonderful Obama is and how bad the Republicans are. This show, whenever I've watched it, is nothing but Washington insiders parroting Obama talking points.

Was Halperin told to get some publicity for a show with terrible ratings?

Yep...I saw it. Incredible television, actually. She's asking the libs sitting around the table, and they say they DID support Obummer, but not anymore...Mika looked like she was gonna cry. The WH is in trouble and they know it...perhaps the rash of honesty was started by Halperin calling him a dick.

And by the way, I was listening to Jerry Doyle's radio show while driving home yesterday, and he said that Halperin was a real dick...they were at a double book-signing together, and all Boyle did was say hello to him and halperin acted real high-hat to him.

I listened to almost all of that press conference and what Obama was was a completely inane nitwit who contradicted himself countless times and otherwise spewed gibberish.

A dick is someone who isn’t just nasty but has some standing to go with it. Obama is simply without any acumen on the issues and is only really interested in playing golf and smoking cigarettes.

He’s a front lady, at best. It’s actually a compliment to call him a dick.
