From Freeper Advertising Guy (who requested I post this thread):
"It is with a very heavy heart that I share with you all , our Just Lori passed away early this morning in her home. Loris husband called me and shared the news this morning.
Just Lori was my friend and while I never met her in person, she was as close as a sister to me. Lori could be funny, inventive, a grammar nazi, or Queen for a Day. She was awesome.
May God bless her, her husband Walt, their friends and family and we freepers who so loved and enjoyed her love for God, country, and accountability in life.
Thank you Loretta......you were always more that Just Lori."
Prayers lifted.
Almighty God,
we remember before you today your faithful servant Lori;
and we pray that,
having opened to her the gates of larger life,
you will receive her more and more into your joyful service,
that,
with all who have faithfully served you in the past,
she may share in the eternal victory of Jesus Christ,
the Risen Lord,
AMEN.

A number of years ago a funny and smart FReeper named Just Lori and I talked some on the Levin thread each evening. After awhile she mentioned on the thread that a dear friend of hers from her childhood was very ill and that she had to come to St. Louis. I offered to help her in any way I could and did.
She stayed at a hotel in South County and we spent an evening talking and bonding. We did laundry, drank wine, talked, giggled, cried a little over pains of the past, ordered room service, looked at old pictures, shared the good and bad of life and during that time became “sistahs”.
We made sure the day she left that we printed out her boarding pass for her and left it at the hotel front desk, as she was running late for her flight.
Early this morning, I learned of her passing. She left me a little indication of her spirit later this morning and I had to smile. My dear, we will meet again, you are in my heart.

Oh man! I just found this thread as I was going to ask how she was doing.
Condolences to her family and I’m going to miss her.

I was out of town until yesterday and just heard
the sad news about Lori.
It was a pleasure and a gift from God to have
intersected with her here as a FReeper and in
person at a few Washington State social activities.
We comisserated together as we tried to get our
homes built during rainy weather.
I praise God for accomplishing all He had in mind
for her and pray that I do not shame her by wasting
even a moment’s opportunity to do good for God’s
Glory until the Lord chooses to bring me home.
Good bye sweet Lori. See you soon... very soon.
His forever... Jo
