No person should be above the law, especially those sworn to uphold our constitution and legal foundation. As you know, the public reaction to the behavior of our elected officials often establishes what is generally accepted and tolerated in our society. Given the serious nature of the incident earlier this month, we believe you should step down from your position as a Wisconsin Supreme Court justice until the investigative process is complete.
Clearly, under the law, you enjoy the presumption of innocence. However, the continuing reports of your violent and abusive behavior, including verbal abuse and apparent choking, are deeply troubling. It is behavior that casts doubt on your integrity and calls into question whether you posses the temperament and morality required of a Wisconsin State Supreme Court justice.
Strangulation and violent choking is not an accidental event. It is widely known that strangulation is one of the most lethal forms of physical violence. In fact, according to the Wisconsin Coalition Against Domestic Violence, strangulation accounts for 10% of all violent deaths in the United States each year. Due to the severity of this form of violence, in 2008, the Wisconsin legislature enacted Wisconsin Act 127 creating Wisconsin Statute 940.235, entitled Strangulation and Suffocation. This law defines and provides penalties for a person who engages in intentional strangulation and suffocation and makes strangulation a felony.
As you doubtlessly also know, Section 940.203, Wis. Stats. states that intentionally causing bodily harm or threatening to cause bodily harm to a judge is a felony.
If the investigation confirms Justice Bradleys account of this incident, then we expect that you will be held accountable for this severe act of violence. If the behaviors of a Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice are ignored or excused, then we cannot expect victims of violent crimes to trust that the Wisconsin judicial system will protect them and hold their batterers and attackers accountable.
We, the undersigned members of the Dane County Board of Supervisors, ask that you step down from office until the Sheriffs investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms Justice Bradleys account of the choking incident, and if you are charged with a crime and found guilty, we would expect that you would resign. If you are unwilling to do so, we will petition the Wisconsin State Legislature to use its authority to remove you from office by Removal by Address, thus allowing Governor Walker to appoint a justice who understands that abuse of colleagues and women is never, ever acceptable.
Without regard to the fact that this whole incident was trumped-up and blown out of all proportion, here we see another example of the depths to which the Liberal mind will go to accomplish what could not be accomplished at the ballot box.
Does anyone doubt that Justice Bradley provoked this entire incident for this very purpose?
Nah, sorry. Not going to work.
This is extremely dangerous of the Liberals.
If this is how they’re going to act without a declaration of martial law, we’ve now an idea what they intend after a declaration.
When the economic collapse finally comes, we can expect a civil war.
What’s this about?
Is Prosser charged with domestic abuse?
Does anyone doubt that Justice Bradley provoked this entire incident for this very purpose?
It’s clear to me. And if Justice Bradley is convicted and put out of office the Wisconsin Libs will blow a gasket.
What a tangled web we weave when at first we intend to deceive.
What's going on here? Did Prosser purportedly assault another judge?
We are in the final stages of a marxist takeover. “They can’t possibly get away with this!” (How many times have we all asked ourselves this?) Yet, more often than not, they do. If this were a game of tug of war...we’re about to get wet.
Ya, she looks like a lib. They have that certain look about them. You can spot them a mile away.
There were witnesses that say otherwise. Sheesh!
Lawless Liberals will not win in the long run.
It was a physical assault ~ the woman is mad.
The truth is probably somewhere between strangulation and Justice Prosser never laying a hand on the so called victim. Apparently there were witnesses. Perhaps Justice Prosser even put both hands on the other justice, but does anyone honestly believe he attempted to strangle her?
A female rat judge charged Prosser with her fists up, he fended her off by apparently shoving her shoulders.
She immediately cries victim, and that he was “choking her”
and then went to a Soros owned entity to “break” the story, 2 weeks later.
Search Prosser on FreeRepublic. At least a few articles on it.
As I understand it the there were six Judges in the Chief Judges chambers, Judge Prosser was angry about the Chief Judge going back on her verbal agreement on a case.
This is where it gets confusing with four Judges saying one thing and two saying another. But the story I believe is that the chief Judge threw herself at Judge Prosser and he put his hands up to protect himself. She claims he tried to strangle her.
What I think is that she was grabbing his wrists and trying to make marks on her own throat so as to accuse Judge Prosser of assault.
Her problem is that most of the other Judges who were present are for the most part saying that her version is wrong. Judge Prosser was not trying to strangle her, he was only defending himself.
If this version of the story is correct then I believe that there is going to be trouble there, Heck who am I fooling. There already is major trouble there if a Supreme Court Chief Justice is willing to try and frame another Judge on the Court for POLITICAL gains.
A few days ago it came out that Bradley basically got in Prosser’s face during the WI episode a few mths ago and Prosser put his hands on her shoulders to back her off and she is claiming he tried to strangle her. There were other justices there and the Dem is backing her and the Repub’s are backing him. Nothing here but smoke without fire.
Just what are they doing up there to end up with all these mentally ill women?
Is it the water?
Another thread says Soros is behind this whole thing. He’s more deranged that these crazy leftists in Wisconsin. I hope he’s losing what’s left of his mind.
Guilty! of felony stupid.
