Read More »GLENN BECK VS. THE MOB
June 29, 2011Of all the details surrounding the liberal mob attack on Glenn Beck and his family in New York's Bryant Park last Monday night, one element stands out. "No, it won't be like that, Dad," his daughter said when Beck questioned the wisdom of attending a free, outdoor movie showing in a New York park.
People who have never been set upon by a mob of liberals have absolutely no idea what it's like to be a publicly recognizable conservative. Even your friends will constantly be telling you: "Oh, it will be fine. Don't worry. Nothing will happen. This place isn't like that."
Liberals are not like most Americans. They are the biggest pussies on Earth, city-bred weaklings who didn't play a sport and have never been in a fight in their entire lives. Their mothers made excuses for them when they threw tantrums and spent way too much time praising them during toilet training.
I could draw a mug shot of every one of Beck's tormentors, and I wasn't there.
Beck and his family would have been fine at an outdoor rap concert. They would have been fine at a sporting event. They would have been fine at any paid event, mostly because people who work for the government and live in rent-controlled apartments would be too cheap to attend.
Only a sad leftist with a crappy job could be so brimming with self-righteousness to harangue a complete stranger in public.
A liberal's idea of being a bad-ass is to say vicious things to a conservative public figure who can't afford to strike back. Getting in a stranger's face and hurling insults at him, knowing full well he has too much at risk to deck you, is like baiting a bear chained to a wall.
They are not only exploiting our lawsuit-mad culture, they are exploiting other people's manners. I know I'll be safe because this person has better manners than I do.
These brave-hearts know exactly what they can get away with. They assault a conservative only when it's a sucker-punch, they outnumber him, or he can't fight back for reasons of law or decorum.
“Some have won fights...”
Only if your back is turned. I lived in Michigan with union, leftist scum. There’s hardly a whit knightly or honorable about them. (I’m leaving the exception door open for a few.)
Their No. 1 concern is getting mounted on a barstool by 8 am before all the other “crippled,” disability-collecting leftist union wimps fall out of bed.
The biggest challenge for union leftists in Michigan is finding a buddy who remembers your phone number, so fat union momma, who collects mental disability, can drive over to the bar and collect “daddy” for a 12-pack lunch.
If that fails, kindly veterans call the leftist union guys pushing grocery carts, who load them up with the piles of stale, returnable 10¢ beer cans and drop the union guy off at home.
This causes great joy. Crazy union momma and the dipwad kids are relieved that the fat, useless, leftist slob is home and the checks will continue.
That’s my experience. Yours may be different.
Cheers
I’m considering stopping by with a video camera in case any stupid liberals decide to try to make a fuss about her appearance. Best case scenario, I’ll get some nice footage of FReepers and other conservative patriots. Worst case, I’ll have evidence of what the bear-baiting lefties try to do for attention.
Will there be a pre-event at the library for FReepers to meet up and hang out?
Ditto for me. I love to visit other places for a week or two - Seattle & the Olympic Peninsula are tw of my favorites - but I can't wait to get back to Texas and my wide open view. My property actually has lots of trees so I can't see the horizon from it, but I can when I'm driving around town.
Sorry Annie, but you can’t trigger shame in people who don’t have any.
It's probably true that few rap music fans would recognize Glenn Beck. On the other hand, he and his family are white. Then there's the problem of random shootings of innocent bystanders, common when organized groups of enthusiastic young adults face off at these public events.
But her general point is good.
I was actually more comfortable near Longview because of the pine forests.
If you ever get the chance, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan is a great place for a vacation.
The future Mrs. K is right on (as usual)
Stop being coy, Ann, and accept my marriage proposal already.
I know you are just trying to make me jealous dating those other guys
Every liberal I know believes that conservatives are racists, mean and stupid.
&&&&&
You could add “intolerant” to what liberals ‘believe’ about us.
I hear you. It’s all about social prestige. The left, through the media, has managed to define ‘socially important’ as ‘left’.
WMom we old ladies need to always carry our hat pins to keep our hats on. Sometimes those things get sort of “lost” and people can be in danger of getting pricked. Just saying.
Will there be a pre-event at the library for FReepers to meet up and hang out?Shhhh!
You have FReep-mail. ;)
I’ve been ‘cool’ toward Ann in recent months, but this column kicks seven kinds of *ss!
Oh please.....retire and come to our little town on the Ohio River and help me get the Mason County Performing Arts Council off the ground and get possession of the old empty Art Deco theater and remodel it. I’ve beat my head against a wall of apathy for years to no avail. We need someone dynamic to breeze into town and spark an art revival for these poor depressed people.
God bless them - - Amen to that...
Ain't that the truth. Kids have been so pussified by the liberals that they don't know how to handle a bully. No, the answer is not to run and tell the teacher. The way to handle a bully is to knock the crap out of them with anything at hand and then kick the crap out of them when they are down.
Bullies look for weak victims, not strong fighters.
Im considering stopping by with a video camera in case any stupid liberals decide to try to make a fuss about her appearance. We don't expect much (if ANY) opposition at this event...Best case scenario, Ill get some nice footage of FReepers and other conservative patriots.
...which will be in a VERY NICE part of Orange County. And the Nixon Library has VERY GOOD security. :o)
But if you want some GREAT IMAGES of FReepers and FRiends......I think that we can work something out. ;)
I haven’t gotten up to that part of the country yet, but I plan to in the next year. I want to see Wisconsin too.
I suggest Tahquamenon falls area, Pictured Rocks national Lakeshore, and the Porcupine mountains. Actually just about anywhere up there is nice and the lake Superior shore is great.
