Kerry: I could've been 'great' president By Alicia M.Cohn - 06/29/11 02:33 PM ET
Former presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) thinks he could have done a good job leading the country.
"I would have been a good president," he said Wednesday on "Imus in the Morning." "Maybe even a great one."
Kerry stopped short of agreeing with host Don Imus's assertion that a President Kerry would have been "better than the guy we have now."
Kerry, who ran against incumbent George W. Bush in 2004, also touched on the current debt crisis facing the U.S.
President Obama is not in trouble "yet" on the economy, Kerry said.
"We have to get the deficit on the track where people see the revenue and expenditure lines coming together instead of separating and going apart," he said.
"I think that's doable," he said. "And I think that everything has to be on the table."
Yes it is just seared into his brain of what a good president he was. Just after Cambodnia where Nixon sent him and that dog that blown up and onto his ship and he got all those nasty paper cut wounds.

Give the guy credit—He would have been better than Obama!!! He can be Hillarys VP. He would be good at that—he wouldn’t be the gaff machine of Biden.

He received a “Less-than-Honorable” discharge originally for his Paris Peace Talks Treason and media collaboration. His discharge was converted by Presidential Pardon/Amnesty - the dates are irrefutable. Look at the discharge he has - years later, dated after Jimmy signed the pardons.
