I read the novel and saw the movie. The movie was OK, but the book was like shoveling manure into your eyes.

Ah yes. Brings back memories. Whoopi and Oprah were acclaimed for their roles in that movie.

I’m sure it was a labor of love for Oprah to be in that movie, since Oprah isn’t really an actress. I’m sure she thought it was a powerful social/political statement to perform in that movie.

Really, especially now that the “word” is he demanded Meagan Fox be fired for calling director Michael Bay a Nazi like Hitler.

I’m sure her diva personality and inability to act played no role.
