Tucson Police confirm that a weapon they found in Jose Guerena's home had been stolen in 2008.
SWAT officers killed Guerena in his southwest side home last month when they went to serve a search warrant.
Investigators say Guerena pointed an assault rifle at officers when they went in the house.

It took a few days for the situation to quiet down enough for them to plant it.

Did they give him the rifle before or after they murdered him?

Even if it were true, it doesn’t constitute a capital offense, punishable by firing squad.

“That sure took a long time to report.”
Testing the wind and putting a story together with appropriate witnesses takes a while. It really doesn’t matter. The shooters and their accomplices let the man bleed out for over an hour until they allowed EMS to reach the victim.

If that’s not what they were looking for, then...fruit of the poisonous tree.

So now SWAT is stealing guns, too? Maybe they "stole" it from the ATF.

They strain and produce a gnat. Did he steal it? And, even if he did, is that a capital offense worthy of immediate clownish lethality?

Plant? Has happened before. Until this investigation is taken over by a higher law enforcement authority, there will always be doubts. The FBI needs to step in!
And, if is proven stolen, how do we know the victim knew that? I do not believe this fine war veteren with a wife and 2 kids, with a full-time graveyard shift job, is criminal.

It sure did.
Even if it is a stolen weapon, it doesn’t mean that he is the one who stole it.

No, the ATF gave it to them, after stealing it themselves. That makes sense.

I have no doubt that that the ATF paid someone to steal and sell it so they could track it.
