Those are the same people.
They switched from sterilization to abortion when sterilization was ruled to be unconstitutional and abortion ruled to be a constitutional right.

The difference between eugenics and abortion can be reduced to whether or not the act is voluntary or coerced. In truth, the society that selects its future citizens will soon enough be selecting out the likes of me and thee.

They come from the same mind set. Margaret Sanger is an example of a eugenics supporter, abortion was her method.
