Of course she can’t beat Obama. By next year Obama will be depressed, droning on like a beaten dog, etc. The economy will be terrible.
Sarah could be a positive “don’t worry, it stinks now, but we will come out of this” type candidate and many people will be willing to give her a chance saying “why not, nothing will get better if we keep Obama in office”.
Correction, I meant can beat. She can beat him for sure. I have little doubt on that the way things are going.
And this thread is still YOUNG yet!
If Sarah entered next week, where would she line up compared with the other candidates? Would she be the front-runner? Second? Third? Who would she trail? Pawlenty? Cain? Paul? I think she catapults past these 3 the day she enters, don’t you? If she entered the race at the end of the Summer, where would she line up as compared with the other candidates? Would she be the front-runner? Second? Third? Who would she trail?
If Palin enters the race, she offers a clear conservative alternative to Romney. I think most believe this to be true. She will draw away many, many likely voters from him by virtue of her conservative status (maybe moreso by virtue of his moderate status). If it comes down to Romney and Palin, do you really think Romeny stands a chance, given what Palin did to energize voters during the McCain campaign and the the likely OVERWHELMING support the Tea Party would throw her way?
I believe this is why so many here are speculating about a possible Palin run. With a nod of her head (and a wink of her eye), she immediately becomes, not just viable, but downright electable.

Romney stands a good chance, because the lying scumbag has Wall Street billions behind him. Romney is a cancer that won’t go away.
So, for me it would be a hold-my-nose kind of vote if she was the nominee. Id be voting against Obama, not for Palin.
I, for one, would love to see the moderate wing of the Republican party have to undergo this excruciating exercise for once, instead of we conservatives having to do it time and time again...
Particularly if the other candidates don't go after his genuine weaknesses. If they do, he'll get knocked off, if they don't he'll waltze in, then proceed to get beat like a drum in the general.
Something inside of me knows you are right...Our political system is so broken...

” Unfortunately, you’re right, he does have a chance.

You NAILED it, and it is a real possibility, sad to say.
No, FURIOUS to say!
Nuke the gay unborn whale.
iow....they (her detailed policy papers) do not exist.
Envy? I retired very comfortably at the age of fifty and spend my time doing what I want. I envy nobody.
Or maybe it was OBAMA's list...

I don't know what you found, whether it was obama's or bozo's .... but I do know it was Palin's.
That's the first mention of policy papers on this thread.
In fact I don't think I have ever seen that mentioned on FR.
Can you direct me to the policy papers of your choice for POTUS in this election cycle? Palin is not a candidate for at this time.
When she declares she will be more forthcoming with her views on many issues than any other candidate.
