Google denied Wednesday that it gave President Barack Obamas re-election campaign special access to a new advertising program, something a sales representative from the search and advertising giant had claimed in an email to customers.

Me too - Bing is now my default search engine as well. I switched after they failed to honor / acknowledge our fallen heroes on Memorial Day for the second year in a row. Meanwhile they made sure to pay logo homage to Earth Day, Bastille Day, the Persian New Year, etc.
Most likely it is crony capitalism.
Amazing contrast.
Look up an old movie named “Looker” for a look at the future. 1981 starring Susan Dey, this stuff was foretold by hollywood that far back.
Will do.
This free political ads stuff by Google has to stop, and ASAP.

I’ve used google for years. I am about to go BING!
I believe that most of them do, or at least they did. For example, using Comcast as our ISP we get 5 free mailboxes with the service.
I also recommend ixquick as a search engine.
Truly amazing graphic evidence of bias.
Google “Santorem” and you will find a “definition” so vile it should be censored in case a child looks him up. It has 2nd or 3rd position. You don’t even have to click to be nauseated.
Change your search engines...NO GOOGLE for me.
Bump.
How did you get the search result to list the “title of pic” and its size. I just get pictures and nothing else.
Try searching for santorum on bing or yahoo and you get the same result. It is nothing to to with google bias.
Those two image captures are from the summer of 2008. Google in the last year or so has changed how they present their image searches. It is now more efficient in the number of pics per search page, and apparently have left off the “title of pic and its size.”
Goggle is a big investor in rooftop solar. It is a great deal. Through federal and local tax credits along with utility investments, Goggle can earn 10 to 20 percent to finance highly inefficient generation of electricity. The utility investments are required by law in many states. In Colorado, Xcel Energy is guaranteed a 10 percent rate of return on its part of the investment. Democrats get lots of campaign cash, big business is guaranteed excess profits, labor cartels are guaranteed above market compensation, and rooftop solar owners obtain relief from escalating electricity rates. Who cares about the ratepayer and taxpayer shoulding the burden of this vicious cycle of legalized corruption? Since the government can print money without limit, the taxpayer has not been bothered to bear the burder of higher taxes and interest rates.
