The powers that be want to solve the problem by opening a taxpayer-funded “center?” Why don’t they just arrest the b-tards and throw them in jail (preferably with some big burly guys named Bubba)?
Sorry, but when you’re a teenager, you should be old enough to know right from wrong. You are supposed to obey the law. If there is a curfew in effect, you stay home. If you violate the law, you should face consequences. End of story.

Where are the parents? Variously high on meth or crack, waiting in a dark place to mug you, breaking into your house, on the street selling drugs, in hiding to avoid the serving of warrants, drunk, selling their bodies for ciggy money, stealing your car, waiting in line for some sort of welfare benefit...or parents? what parents?
Yup. Sounds exactly like the Baltimore I fled years ago. What a sewer.
I moved from Oakland, CA about 2 years ago. This is a mirror image of what’s happening there...gangs, drugs, illegals, welfare, shootings, rapes and a far-Left City Council, Mayor (Kwan, used to be Ron Dellums, a former Black Panther and collaborated with Noriega) and the Rep. is Barbara Lee, a Progressive Caucus member and the Chairperson of the CBC.
Taxes drive out business and you are left with the rest.
It is a tragedy on many levels. The grocery stores are an utter joke, the Whole Foods in Oakland has armed security guards.
I fear for our inner cities and the lack of parents with the State being a surrogate.
The reported incidents seem to add up to about once per week.
Where are the Parents? Out voting for Obama, O’Malley, Mikulski, Cardin.
Most of these kids have already spent time in jails.Most of those who haven’t-—will. Many will die in Black on Black crime or from Overdose.
The Inner Harbor isn’t that far from Martin Luther King Street.
Baltimore is lucky, These kids haven’t discovered flash mob thefts yet. It’s coming
They are running the government from nearby DC.
The problem with your statement is that it makes sense and you can't have that with liberal leadership...
It takes a lot of effort to decline from Baltimore’s level.
The Inner Harbor is a major tourist attraction on the waterfront.
If the youth gangs are going to start taking over, then tourism will die off. It’s a very nice waterfront attraction. But gangs or “youths” or whatever we call these people, they **%*%* up any place where they gather in critical masses.
