Herman Cain

Newt Gingrich
Gingrich served as the 58th Speaker of the United States House of Representatives from 1995 to 1999. He represented Georgia's 6th congressional district as a Republican member from 1979 to 1999. He has a PhD in modern European history.
Ron Paul
Paul is serving his 11th full term in the U.S. House. Hes an obstetrician-gynecologist and was the Libertarian nominee for president in 1988. He unsuccessfully sought the Republican nomination for president in 2008

Rick Santorum
Santorum served two terms in the U.S. House and two terms in the U.S. Senate. He became the Senate's third-ranking Republican in 2001. He was defeated for reelection in 2006.
That was fun. Tomorrow’s Fox News coverage of the debate
should be good. Each candidate had some good answers. Biggest
gaff... MITT on the Taliban army. He corrected himself immediately
but I’m sure someone will blow it up way out of proportion.
CNN and King lost big time.
I liked her and both Santorum, I liked Gingrich but think he’ll govern like a Bush.
I’m not thrilled Sarah Palin is missing these. I’m really wondering if she’s truly running.
I like Sarah Palin and am rooting for her but I don’t have a problem with honest criticism or disagreement with her. Not everybody who supports Palin thinks she can’t stand criticism or has to be perfect. Nobody’s perfect - she’d be the first one to say so - that’s one reason I like her. I do, however, think Palin’s the best of the bunch.
John King was brutal. I think Bachmann was the best one up there. Romney did very bad. Bachmann’s the best choice of the entire field. Still have to see if others get in. Bachmann should just make her announcement soon. Now that she was in a debate.
Bachmann and Santorum surprised me the most with their good performances (I only watched the last half).
King asks TPaw who made the better VP choice: Obama or McCain. Big pause. Said Biden has been wrong on everything. Said a "nice" thing about Palin.
John King, of troweled on makeup and comb over, may be the worst moderator I've seen. He's always making noise off camera. Always lying about what was just said. Always playing "gotcha" with the candidates rather than handling the questions.
I turn on Fox News and what are they talking about, the Casey Anthony trial. Republican Primary Presidential debate or the Anthony trial, Fox News thinks the Anthony trial is more important.
The talking heads will try to say otherwise since they have been trying to prop him up for over a year. If Romney makes more gaffs, they will just try to prop up another RINO.
LOL- David Gergen just said that it was “a very good night for Mitt Romney”, that no one really laid a glove on him tonight. Did we watch the same debate?
Perhaps but when 9/11 happened I knew immediately it was bin Laden. Ron Paul didn't have a clue even though bin Laden had declared war on America. And if he knew his opinion would have been why go messing around in Afghanistan? A trillion dollars in economic damage and three thousand dead Americans later and Paul still doesn't freaking get it.
I think T-Paw and most of the others, if not all, are running for VP.
I support Palin but I liked Bachmann in this debate and I too hated King.
King kept making vocal noises during the candidates’ answers. What a horrible moderator! Get that jackass a sneeze button!
Perhaps. Romney really looked bad tonight.
“LOL- David Gergen just said that it was a very good night for Mitt Romney, that no one really laid a glove on him tonight. Did we watch the same debate?”
Heard that. Truly a WTF moment.
Santorum....Great
Bachmann....Great
Gingrich....Strong (Knows how to debate regardless of reality)
Romney......So-So
Paul........Good on the Economic issues, looney on FP
Pawlenty....Strong (some good highlights)
Cain........Great (made the responses count)
Overall winner: The GOP. We might actually get a good conservative out of this.
Ron Paul is an idiot!
