Explaining this phenomenon to David Brody of CBN, Cain said, "I have been able to get the pulse of the American people, of not only what is in their head, but what is in their heart."
"What's in their heart is they love this country, they love the values upon which this country was founded and they don't like it when the president omits 'endowed by their Creator' from reciting the Declaration of Independence," he noted, adding that President Obama did so three times. "Most of the people that I talk to, ... not the mainstream media, they do not want God to be taken out of our culture.
"We are a Judeo-Christian nation and a lot of people want to keep it that way."

Today he told Glenn Beck that he will join him in Israel.
I watched him on Beck. Very outspoken and politically incorrect. I loved it.
This is the man I want to run against Zero.
Time for him to quit the Viagra and wither up into the backround!

Mr. Cain has some instincts. He might stumble a little, but he has balance that will propel him.
There is enough time for him to get the name recognition.
And, as I have said, I can’t wait for the racist left to betray their hearts when the realize there are Black people who want better than to be the house n.... well, you know what I mean.
I think many of us would like Mr. Cain to hit the accelerator, and maybe he is. But I am in his corner, no matter what.
Probably the most plainspoken candidate we’ve seen in a while.
Ping to the list...
I was just talking to my brother about Herman Cain. He likes Cain because he tells it like it is and doesn’t talk politically correct gibberish. I take that as a good sign for Herman Cain because my brother is a middle of the road independent.
I read that over and over, and I’m not sure, since it was a fast-paced interview and the question wasn’t precise.
He might have meant that states organize how guns are registered, etc. States do control rules about open vs. closed carry, etc.
I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt until he clarifies the statement.
Cain is able and infinitely better than McCain. HOORAY Herman Cain!
It is to some degree thats true. States control the laws for concealed/open carry and other such laws and that’s the way it should be.

There are different gun laws in different states. The 2nd amendment is absolute but the states have their own ways of dealing with it.
The supreme court invariably sends the issue back to the states.
Cain is probably the best to take on obama. He has an air of dignity about him that is hard to explain. He is mature and responsible and not a polarizing figure.
My folks are nonpolitical and like him a lot.
actually, that is not how it should be, that's just how it is thanks to people who think that that is the way it should be i.e. GD liberals.
Are you talking about Cain, or Weiner?
