Why doesn’t he send rain to drought-decimated Texas or dry weather to the water-logged Mid-West while he’s at it? I live in live in a rural area of the U.S. and to help with my quality of life, all you have to do is stay out of my life and/or drop dead. Today, that’s your choice.
