Documents show marriage of Obama's parents a sham
WND ^ | June 06, 2011 | Jerome R. Corsi

Posted on 06/06/2011 6:28:18 PM PDT by RobinMasters

The recently released immigration file for Barack Obama Sr. indicates the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service had doubts he and Obama's mother were married.

While Ann Dunham may have sought Obama Sr. as her husband and the father of her child, the record suggests the two never lived together as a married couple.

As WND reported, there's no record of Ann Dunham's whereabouts during the last six months of her pregnancy.

Moreover, within weeks of the baby's birth, Dunham left Honolulu with her infant son and traveled to Seattle, where she enrolled in night courses at the University of Washington. She did not return to Honolulu until after Barack Obama Sr. left Hawaii in September 1962 to attend graduate courses at Harvard.

The INS file shows that Barack Obama Sr. was not faithful to Dunham, even when the two were in Hawaii at the same time.

Instead, the documentation supports the conclusion that Obama Sr. and Dunham took part in a sham marriage that the Kenyan student thought might help him extend his visa and remain in the United States to continue his education.

Economic necessity and his desire to complete his studies as soon as possible forced Obama Sr. to remain in Honolulu during the summer months, both to take summer classes and to work part-time.

In 1961, Hawaii did not register out of state births. So we know the birthplace on the authentic, original form must have been Hawaii. What else on there could possibly be relevant to Obama's elgibility?

I know the exact opposite. I have repeatedly seen the statute allowing Hawaii to do this. Butterzillion has posted it on her website many times. I've seen it all over the net. I have myself REPEATEDLY posted it over at Hot Air.

Hawaii DID IN FACT allow the registration of foreign births in their state. What would you expect from an ISLAND state? Over their history MANY children were born in route.

Given that she showed up in Seattle, where she knew people, with her half-black baby, within a month of his birth, it's obvious she didn't give a fig about being "in the line of fire."

And I agree with you on this. Stanley wasn't embarrassed, but I bet her Mother was mortified. (didn't tell her coworkers she had a grandson.) That's why I think she may have been there BEFORE the birth.

Malik holds a photo of Obama and him in Muslim dress, reportedly when the two first met in 1985.

That's the irony of all this. The INS documents related to Obama Sr. that WorldNutDaily has recently unearthed provide more evidence that Obama Sr. was a bigamist, which would make Obama Jr. a natural born US citizen even if the birthers are right about a Kenyan birth and if the "dualers" are right about their theory of natural born citizenship.

We KNOW he's an illegitimate fatherless bastard. We THINK he's an illegitimate fatherless FOREIGN bastard, but he MIGHT be an illegitimate fatherless AMERICAN bastard.

He can be a bastard AND a natural born American Citizen if he has an American father. If his father is Kenyan, it isn't going to work. Dual nationality precludes eligibility.

I just read it. You obviously did not, because there's nothing in there about any deportation. In point of fact, the INS extended Obama Sr.'s visa after he had admitted being separated from his American wife, which is pretty strong evidence against the hypothesis that he contracted the marriage for immigration purposes.

You obviously didn't read far enough. Apart from his file, I have seen half a dozen news stories a few weeks ago claiming he was kicked out of Harvard and deported because they found out he was married to a woman in Kenya, while getting involved in relationships with American women. (He had children with an American woman while he was at Harvard.) The News media was making a big deal out of Harvard and INS RACISM regarding him having sex with White American women. Strange that you missed all those stories.

Also, in that file there is a note from INS officials saying they felt the marriage was a sham and needed to be investigated. I'm not going to bother looking it up, because I've noticed you just ignore inconvenient facts.

This is all very ironic, because if Obama Sr. really were a bigmaist, and his marriage to Stanely Ann were null and void, then Obama Jr. would be a natural born citizen even if birther theories about his birthplace were true, and even if "dualer" theoires about the requirements for natural born citizenship were true.

Yeah, you can try that "Father of Unknown Citizenship" theory if you want. If his Father is not an American, he cannot be a Natural born citizen.

No. Just you being delusional about destroying the argument. Nothing to do with birthers, just your lack of logic and blindness to it showing.

I've took over a newspaper and founded another, met with lawmakers, and posted and formed on-line communities before the www existed. I've gotten legal convictions on leftie activists. I've had my commentary reverse sections of proposed regulations. My conservative activities were lauded in a NYT Best Seller. I don't need to slow down to your speed.

...especially with your intent of turning the Constitution into a worthless document, ignored at (presumably your) will.

I think that Shania Twain song about being impressed would seem to apply...My creds are just fine too. Since we are stroking our own egos in public, I helped found the largest motorsports publication on the internet , short of NASCAR (Off-Road.com, with monthly readership dwarfing most newspapers in the country - may still have those numbers for all I know) Got Palinized in a Time Magazine Earth Day writeup after helping to end a 6 figure ad/promo deal between a radical eco group and Lycos, Went head to head with eco-nazis like Dan Patterson for the Center for Biological Diversity and the Sierra Club in public meetings over land use issues, worked as a reporter/copywriter/editor in a Tri-state daily for 7+ years and wrote the Off-Road section of the book American Motorsports (Long out of print/copies available through Amazon. I got my back patted by several publications and organizations along the way and am very appreciative of it.

Now that we have thoroughly embarrassed ourselves before our fellow Freepers, can we go back to just being two guys disagreeing on the web without all the pomp and circumstance now?

Seattle was far away from the provenance question

How so?

Here's a map. 2800 miles of ocean.

Hope this helps.

Why? Because the baby was evidence that Frank Marshall Davis, who was the subject of an active FBI investigation, had impregnated an underage girl. One who had recently been transported across state lines. Stanley Armour and Frank Marshall could have been up on federal charges.

I suspect getting him tagged with "Bastard" will get him removed faster than proving he's ineligible.

Of course you do. That's why you are a Birther. All the mind boggling terrible things the BO has done to this country, and you want to contest the next election on whether, or not, BO's momma and daddy were legally wed.

And then you get all riled up when Freepers with half a lick of sense say that Birthers are the best political friends BO has.

it’s almost like people are completely forgetting the circumstances of Bill Clinton’s “beginnings”. It wasn’t squeaky clean, and no one cared.

I Think the Age of consent in Hawaii is probably 16 or less. That seems to be the case in most states. (I think I found it.) If I read this link correct, the age of Consent in Hawaii in 1960 was 14.

We KNOW he's an illegitimate fatherless bastard.

We don't know it for sure, but the evidence does suggest it is more than likely correct. It all depends on whether his first marriage in Kenya was legally recognized, which is not clear at this point.

We THINK he's an illegitimate fatherless FOREIGN bastard, but he MIGHT be an illegitimate fatherless AMERICAN bastard.

If he is a bastard, then he never had any citizenship other than American. An illegitimate child obtains his citizenship solely from his mother, and not from his father.

If his father is Kenyan, it isn't going to work. Dual nationality precludes eligibility.

He would not have been a dual citizen if he was a bastard. Under British law at the time, a child born outside the British Empire had to be legitimate in order to inherit British subjecthood from his father.

BTW, where is it written in the Constitution that dual natioanlity at birth precludes eligibility?

While you might only be capable of keeping one thought in your head at a time, I think most of us would have no difficulty attacking him on a broad front with multiple ideas. Apart from that, My statement was more about the futility of getting any action out of the courts than it was about campaigning on the "Bastard" issue. The media would simply never discuss it, and our side wouldn't either. Too many people would regard it as "below the belt."

And then you get all riled up when Freepers with half a lick of sense say that Birthers are the best political friends BO has.

The New York located National News Services and the Hollywood located National entertainment industries are the BEST POLITICAL friends BO has. They speak with a megaphone into every American's living room. They effectively have a monopoly on what subjects are permitted to be discussed, and if they don't want to talk about it, no one will be able to get the public to consider the subject.

"Birthers", are people simply trying to find out what is the ACTUAL truth regarding Barack Obama, and insisting that our laws be obeyed. Had the media been as critical of Barack as they are routinely of any REPUBLICAN candidate, there would not exist any "birthers" nor would there be need of any. The term "Birther" is a derogatory intended to imply linkage (and thereby stupidity by association) with that group of Leftwing kooks that think Bush intentionally killed the people in the twin towers in a "Reichstag fire like" attempt to stampeded us into war for the benefit of his Oil Company buddies.

For those who are critical of what birthers have been attempting, it is no different from calling someone a "TeaBagger." I personally think it is beneath the dignity of good people to use the term "Birther" as a derogatory.

Those weren't in the file you linked to, but I did go look at some of the news stories you are talking about. Harvard awarded Obama Sr. a terminal master's degree and then cut off his funding, and the INS denied a visa extension. But it wasn't for the reasons you say. It was for the simple reason that Harvard would not give him funding to continue his Ph.D. Since he was on a student visa, he had to leave as soon as he coudln't be a student.

Some unnamed sources have claimed Harvard cut off his funding because of his womanizing, but that has not been proven. But I conceed it is possible.

Also, in that file there is a note from INS officials saying they felt the marriage was a sham and needed to be investigated. I'm not going to bother looking it up, because I've noticed you just ignore inconvenient facts.

There you go making up crap agin. Sorry, but there was no such note in the file. I looked.

Yeah, you can try that "Father of Unknown Citizenship" theory if you want. If his Father is not an American, he cannot be a Natural born citizen.

Sigh. There you go making up crap again. What you say is simply not true.
