Waxman Equates GOP Energy Bill with Secretive Bush-Cheney PlanHey Wax, it wasn't the Bush-Cheney Plan it was the Cheney Plan...and Americans would be a lot better off today if Bush had pushed the plan in Congress when the GOP had a majority. Its too bad that Dick Cheney had to 'carry the ball' for it by himself.

Rep. Henry Waxman (D-Calif.) says the Republicans energy legislation is the same as what the Bush administration offered, and that those failed policies contributed to high gas prices.
I guess this vile little man hasn't notice that Obummer is the reason for the high gas prices. This dope is so devoid of rational thought, he automatically defaults to "Bush's Fault" for everything. Good luck selling that to the voters anymore.
