Mr. Romney’s previous experience as a candidate, they suggested, could help him deal with the problems he faces.

They said they viewed former Gov. Jon M. Huntsman Jr. of Utah, until a few weeks ago Mr. Obama’s ambassador to China, as a potentially formidable candidate if he did not have to modulate his policy stances

They are impressed by Romney, Pawlenty, and Huntsman.

Translation: Run one of these guys, so we can easily beat him.

this means there is about to be an “awareness” campaign about mormonism.

They had it ready to go when they thought Romney would be McC
ain’s pick for VP.

Here it comes.

Good thing I have 10 months to decide between Milt, Tpaw and Huntsman. It’s going to break my tender heart having to vote against two of these formidable candidates. *sob*

This primary will not be about who bad mouths the other GOP candidates the best. It will be about who attacks Obama most effectively.

I’m still saying that one of those three will be the GOP candidate. Even if the RNC has to get Democrat help in stuffing the ballot boxes.

I don’t think Obama will easily beat anyone and the White House knows it. But those three will be easier because the WH thinks that they will be afraid to attack Obama directly.

Of course they do, they are both weak and beatable.

Notice how O’bama has been pretty mum about Sarah. I think she scares the crap out of him. And with good reason.

This election will be won ONLY by making obama the issue, and the only issue. The 'rats of course will seek to make anything or anyone else the issue. If the gop candidate is queasy about making obama the issue, he will lose. No matter which one it is.

I totally agree - and it won’t be Pawlenty, Mitt and sure as heck won’t be Huntsman.
