I'd have no trouble voting for a Morman.
I will NEVER vote for phony conservative Mitt Romney, however.

USA will never be ready for a Mormon President.

Not saying I’d vote for Romney in the primary (I’m a Cain guy myself) but I’d vote for a Mormon, Catholic, Jewish, Hindu... shoot even Buddist president if they are commited to the principles of the free market, personal liberty, and the Constitution.
To: greyfoxx39
Mormon is fine, but these two RINOs are not.

I have several friends who are Mormon. While they are interested in having a Mormon in the White House, Mitt is not their choice as he is not a social or economic conservative.
To: greyfoxx39
Sadly, Mormons are not Christian, and another non Christian in the White house would effectively destroy all historical efficacy of Christianity on America.
Every fundamental preacher is screaming as loudly and maturely as possible ... "Don't allow this to happen, America"

Ah, so if you oppose Obama you're a racist. And if you oppose Romney you're a bigot.
Racists + bigots = Tea Party.

Romney and Huntsman could exploit the Church of Latter-Day Saints history of terrible persecution.

Yeah Romney and Huntsman could own up to all the Christians that the Mormons murdered
But they wont

America was ready for a mulatto president too. Look where that got us. We may be ready for a mormon to be president, but is Mitt the mormon that should run?
I don't think so!

The Udalls were not very good Mormons. Voting for them was like voting for a protestant. Not so with Romney.
Salt Lake City is half non-Mormon, so things said in this article about SLC do not necessarily apply to Mormons.
No theocracy, please! And no pro-abortion candidates who support a bogus “health care reform” that brings rationing and stifles innovation. Repeal the bogus “reform” we’ve got, and start over—REALLY over!!!!

I don't give a flying rat's ass about being a Mormon. What I care about is the fact that he's a much better democrat than a Republican, and I wish he'd leave our party and get on the primary with the libtards.
Romney is in no way a Republican representative no matter what the media say . . . and I'm sure that Obambi and the libtards will do what they can to get him on our ticket.
Romney! Go away!
