He has already declared himself out of the 2012 presidential race. But after showing off his latest $100 million acquisition, Donald Trump may just be hinting at a return to the political lime light. Flying into New York yesterday, 'The Donald' showed off his new 757 jet, decked out in his trademark black and gold livery as it landed at LaGuardia airport.

Even if he bought it at least it is his own money. I DEFINITELY won’t vote for him in the primary and can’t see myself ignoring my values and principles for voting for him the general either (married 3 times). So he should probably just save his money and continue with his TV show which is on this Fall. I actually think he is doing this for attention.

And just how is it gaudy? Actually very very nice IMO.

And he can afford anything he wants, is none of our business, as opposed to O'BOZO and his free loading self pre and post election.

No I am not endoring Trump.

"Probably just leasing it"

From the story: "It was bought for $100 million from Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen in February." How did you calculate the odds?

I’m surprised Obama hasn’t switched to an Airbus.

If Trump wants to buy a space shuttle and fly it to Los Angeles from New York, I could care less. If he can pay for it, it’s his dime.

I know this wasn’t your headline or your comments. They wreak of the ‘we hate anyone with any money’ mantra, something the Left loves to foster.

I say screw that. I’m glad we have rich people around. They employ others.

Someone built that aircraft and sold it. Someone has to fly that aircraft. People work at the airport. It requires maintenance. It requires a hanger. I’m sure it has a few flight attendants on board. If facilitates Trump or his staff moving around the country at will, to conduct business.

Leftists, screw you, you juvenile sickeningly envious and jealous bastards. It sure didn’t bother you that Nancy Pelosi was flying free on our dime did it.

Well then I guess we need to find a conservative family man to run then. There is no excuse for conservatives to vote a nice family man or women when we have known about 2012 for four years. If the conservatives and Republicans can’t find a nice family man than it is their fault not mine.

Go away Donald. You can do what you want with your money but I fail to see why it should interest me if it were not for the fact that your absurd ego is damaging the actual conservatives in this election.

Who here remembers flying on the Trump Shuttle? He actually had some pretty spiffy planes for his customers back then.

Trump and..uhh...whats her name.....

"Campaigner: Trump has previously hinted at running for president, but finally put the idea to bed last month. His new presidential jet however hints at loftier ambitions than hosting TV reality shows and running his property empire"

Exactly!

Trump’s 757 is “gaudy”, as in a testament to his obscene wealth.

Meanwhile, Obama’s 757 is a “hip” necessity for anyone spending $650,000,000.00 campaigning for President.

Actually, the snarky tone of the article is similar to how NBC just introduced a story on Romney, not that I’m a fan of his; in the first sentence they called him a scion and millionaire. Would they EVER refer to Gore or a Kennedy like that??
