President Barack Obama took a giant and courageous step when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu came to call. He literally told the Israeli leader where to jump.

Actually, he told Netanyahu that the 1967 borders should be the starting point for peace negotiations with Palestinian leaders.

As expected, the Israeli leader rejected the proposal outright. Why? Because of the "facts on the ground" - facts incidentally created by the Israelis, who have illegally usurped land and water from the Palestinians, by sheer military aggression.

Israel now has 78 percent of Palestinian land, taken in violation of the international law that occupied land cannot be annexed.

Helen you anti Semitic bigot, I would like you to acknowledge a few things.

1. That you are an antisemitic bigot.

2. That Muslims occupy 90% of what is supposed to be Israel.

3. The borders of the original Palestinian mandate. Let me give you a clue here, 1923, included all of what is now Jordan, the southern 1/3 of Syria, all of the Sinai peninsula, the southern 1/3 of Lebanon and a big part of Saudi Arabia. Didn't know that did you. you ignorant old woman.

By the way the term Palestinian meant Jew then. The Jews are the Palestinians.

After further thought and a little research, do you realize Helen that you are a Jew. You are of Lebanese extraction. Going by the proper borders of the mandate you are an Israeli. Plus over the last two thousand years there has to have been at least a half dozen Jews in the wood pile, so to speak.
