I went to inner city schools in the 60s.
The topic of “why they demanded money from whites” was asked of the young black girls in my cooking class. This was a standard practice in the school at break time. Blacks would stand around demanding money from the white kids, not the mexican kids.
The answer was “My mom told us white people owe us.”
Their parents will be proud. Black power proud.
They know no shame, think it is funny and great!
Dumb whites think other foolish thoughts, making excuses for them. (general comment not aimed at you)

That’s part of their “training”, to intimidate and confuse.
There was a video a while back of some “urban youths” beating up on a blond girl in the subway.
The attacking girls were doing this “screeching” thing that someone explained was intended to both disorient the victim, and confuse anyone that was tempted to help the victim.
This is really strange, describing attack methods and tactics like you would as a wildlife observer.

I remember about 10 years ago when Dominoes pizza refused to deliver to neighborhoods such as this one. I wonder if that still holds true?

The do use whips for crowd control in Africa.

You need to recheck the crime stats. The portion is well over 50%.
What we gotta do is, flash mob the flash mobs. Follow them home, and flash mob rob their homes. See how THEY like it. Plus, the stores would probably get all their stuff back.
