All violence is voluntary. People CHOOSE to kill, assault, batter, steal, rape etc. People can just as easily CHOOSE to not perform thsoe behaviors.

So whether there is a genetic correllation is entirely beside the point. People are responsible for their behavior no matter why they behave that way. (Certain mentally deranged (severely retarded) persons may be possible exceptions).

Blacks commit more crimes because blacks CHOOSE to commit more crimes and they should be punished accordingly. ALL VIOLENT CRIME IS INTENTIONAL

I get your point, but there is a relevance to whether the propensity for crime is cultural (which we agree on), or genetic,

because the latter reasoning is true racism, ie, that the genes of one “race” produce an inferior human to another “race’s” genetics.

Maybe not "mandated," but AFAIK every measurable psychological trait has SOME heritable basis (IOW part nature, part nurture.)
