Congressman Assails Reporters Over Photo By ANAHAD O’CONNOR Representative Anthony D. Weiner had a testy exchange with reporters on Capitol Hill on Tuesday over questions about a lewd picture that was sent to a young woman from his Twitter account over the weekend.
Mr. Weiner, Democrat of New York, was besieged by reporters who pressed him to answer questions about the controversy, which ignited when a college student who follows him on Twitter received a picture showing a man from the waist down in underwear. Mr. Weiner, who posts frequently on Twitter, said his account had been hacked, and a spokesman later said the congressman had hired a lawyer to “explore the proper next steps.”
On Tuesday afternoon, Mr. Weiner, in a news conference at the Capitol, declined to elaborate further, even as reporters peppered him with questions, including whether he had sent the picture and why he had not yet asked law enforcement to investigate. He responded that he had already spent several days discussing the matter, would not go into it any further and preferred to turn his attention to a vote on the debt limit on Tuesday night.
“If I was giving a speech to 45,000 people and someone in the back of the room threw a pie or yelled out an insult,” he stated, “would I spend the next two hours responding to that?”
When a CNN producer interrupted to accuse him of dodging questions, Mr. Weiner seemed to become frustrated, pointed a finger at the producer and referring to him with a derogatory term. Mr. Weiner then called the matter “a distraction” and told the reporters circling him to refer to the statements he had released.

Not really. CNN had the reporterette Weiner was so snotty to, their “legal scholar”, and Andie Cooper all making excuses for Weiner. They all assured each other Weenie was innocent and the “legal scholar” blamed Breitbart.
One wonders what the intent of the diversion is.
It will likely result in statute allowing federal access and control over twitter and you tube and any other uncontrolled interactive Internet mechanisms.
There are parties well aware of how these mechanisms have been used to take down half of North Africa and The Middle east in a month.
Whenever Weiner is at a loss for words I’m suspicious.

“Distraction” seems to be the DNC’s code word of the month. Everything is a “distraction” to the DNC white boys.
Here is something very important to remember and really has not been talked about..... Wiener CAN’T ask the FBI to investigate because in the statement that he would be making to the FBI would be a false statement. This would potentially put him in jail for lying to the FBI.

Have you seen the footage of the interview?
He starts to make the statement about a heckler interrupting a speech, the reporters press him on the questions, then he starts over on the statement about a heckler at a speech. He makes the same hand gesture at the same exact point in his comment both times. Somebody’s been rehearsing.
