He starts to make the statement about a heckler interrupting a speech, the reporters press him on the questions, then he starts over on the statement about a heckler at a speech. He makes the same hand gesture at the same exact point in his comment both times. Somebody’s been rehearsing.

Yep...I saw it tonight on Greta, but did not notice the rehearsed hand gesture...nice pick up. I was concentrating on his facial expressions since I wanted to enjoy as much of his frustration and anger as possible (oh Shadenfreude, you make me bad).
