New York Rep. Anthony Weiner has retained an attorney to advise him what civil or criminal actions should be taken after a lewd picture was sent from his Twitter account.
Weiner, who has represented part of New York City since 1998, says online hacking led to a close-up shot of a mans underwear being sent from his official Twitter account Saturday night.
Dave Arnold, a spokesman for Weiner, said the Congressmans staff is loathe to treat this incident as more than a prank but we are relying on professional advice.

Wanna bet that “attorney” will tell Weiner to do NOTHING, which is what Weiner will do!!
Hacking into someone’s account is a serious offense.
Remember someone hacked Sarah Palin’s e-mail, and went to prison, if I recall correctly.
If someone really hacked into his account, Weiner and law enforcement should be all over this, and Weiner should of course prosecute.
On the other hand if Weiner down plays this incident and announces there’s nothing to it, no need to press charges, etc. then we would know that it was really Weiner’s male parts on display, and he wants to down play it so it doesn’t reveal a bigger scandal.
So we will know by Weiner’s actions as to whether it was really a hacker or whether he really sends out picutures of his male essence to people.
Nice post.
This is such a weird story. What is frustrating is the obvious double-standard that will be applied - because he’s a Dem the media is going to run with the “hacked” account, which may well be the case but we all know darn well that if he were a Republican, the media would already be marching with torches and pitchforks even if the account was indeed hacked.
Weiner boy was hacked, yet refuses to call for an investigation. The young man accused by some of doing the hacking has called for an investigation. What does that tell you?
But will the evidence stand up in court...
That settles that. First thing all victims do is hire an attorney.
Anthony Weiner has retained an attorney to advise him what civil or criminal actions should be taken...AGAINST HIM SHOULD HE NOT COOPERATE WITH AUTHORITES (fixed it)
"i did not send that email"....
OR
"Size isn't everything"....
Ginger Lees tweet said: You know its a good day when you wake up to a DM from @RepWeiner. (Im a fangirl, yall, hes my trifecta of win.)
[NOTE: DM is a Twitter abbreviation for Direct Message, in which a tweet is sent privately and only to the one recipient. To send a DM, the person you wish to message must be following you on Twitter. Ginger must have been following @RepWeiner for him to DM her. He would not necessarily have to have been following her to send the DM. However, a tweet was publicly broadcast by @patriotusa76 back on April 12 saying that Weiner only followed 91 people at that time, and it names "PORN star Ginger Lee" as one of them.

Not sure what is going on here. We have know for years to never trust the MSM - why is this story different?
Weiner is an idiot, but he has no obligation or duty to cooperate with law enforcement.
The attorney’s name is Schnitzel, Esq.
Criminal defense attorney. Weiner’s toast.
“I did not have email with that woman!!”
When a twitter incident becomes a twatter incident you hire a lawyer.
He’s a pro bone-o attorney.
He " breaks the story"
He feeds related items to his "competitors"
He lets the story stew for a few days while the MSM ignores it
Once the MSM finally starts reporting it to discredit the source and attack the messenger he drops another bomb shell - that will probably happen tomorrow
Once the MSM finally decides the story has to be reported they will allow all the apologists come on and justify it
Then he drops another bomb shell
The Left and the MSM fall for it every time. From the Clinton scandel (Drudge)to ACORN he makes the MSM look like fools.
Get the popcorn ready for another Breitbart show.
