That is funny! Are you talking about me, yourself, or somebody else?
Or, are you resorting to name calling because you cannot answer the questions? Or, you think the questions are trivial? Ha ha!
I just sent Pepsi an email telling itv I will no longer buy its products. It was easy to do. I hope others click on the link above and do the same.
Great work; I belong to varying email lists, mostly Catholic. Got started on passing this along yesterday to these varied email lists to get the ball rolling. Am trying to get a certain Catholic radio station to get active with this. This story is a few days old.
They don’t test the product and then throw what they tested back in the vats or whatever. It’s not in the food, but it’s still horrible.
haven’t bought Pepsi since I found out the supported and campaigned for Obama, and the new Obama logo.
This is all the more reason to ditch them.

Brookstone had a soda maker in its catalog, I have never
used one. Besides, soda used to be treat, people went to
... soda fountains. I’m trying hard to not ever buy any
major soda brands, any of them. It’s a minor loss, but it
is a loss. I remember hearing about the marvel another
major brand (not Pepsi) was for travelers back in the day
in the South.
Gotta check out related brands.
Thank you, Colonel. I’ve always hated Pepsi and don’t use their products at all now that I have just given up the last two. Goodbye forever Aquafina and Lipton tea. I like Red Rose better anyway.
The boycott is, for now, only for their drink brands, but I’m willing to consider expanding it. Any company that uses the cells of aborted babies for profit is beneath contempt.
“I do not like the idea of drinking anything that has dead baby parts as an ingredient.”
It doesn’t. That is deliberate disinformation.
This kind of twisting the facts doesn’t do our side any good.
The reality is that Pepsi uses flavorings from a company that is alleged to use cells that originated from aborted baby (Fetal cells) in their research and development. When people try to say the cells are used as an ingredient they just make themselves and by association the entire Right To Life movement look like a bunch of nuts. We don’t need to do this!
It is enough for me that they knowingly are using the services of a company that uses fetal cells in research to make their products. It is not necessary to exaggerate the truth to convince me to tell Pepsi to shove their products where the sun don’t shine.
The truth is on our side. We don’t need to lie.
“Not much difference between “dead baby parts as an ingredient” and “dead baby parts used to make or develop an ingredient.”
There is a HUGE difference.
We don’t need to lie to make our case. The truth is on our side.
Why make ourselves look like a bunch of loons?
The cells are allegedly used to test flavor ingredients. They do not go into the product.
That alone is enough to tell Pepsi to stuff it.
We don’t need to lie as our cause is just and the facts are on our side!
Nuts?
The flavor of Pepsi’s products are “allegedly” enhanced by research that involves the use of aborted fetal cells.
If pro-lifers use their email lists, and call talk shows, to get more people to boycott, they cannot ignore us forever.
Thanks for the list of Pepsico products. Some I didn’t know about.
And thank you, as well, for listing more Pepsico products in post #16.
>>> The truth is on our side. We dont need to lie.
Spoilsport.
When you add up all the calls to boycott I’ve seen on FR the last ten years, is anyone actually still able to engage in consumer commerce at all? Is anything left ?
“The flavor of Pepsis products are allegedly enhanced by research that involves the use of aborted fetal cells.”
But that does not mean they put them in the product.
To imply they do is disingenuous at best. Unless one actually believes it in which case one is stupid.
Either way it makes Right To Life folks look like a bunch of nuts. Why give the other side that ammunition?
Just tell the truth. The truth is bad enough.
Please note the first sentence in the article.
PepsiCo is ignoring criticism from pro-life advocates upset that the company contracts with a research firm that uses fetal cells from babies victimized by abortions to test and produce artificial flavor enhancers.
