No, I’m home, south of town. It’s blazing hot and sticky humid right now. The kids couldn’t take it much longer, and so we headed back to the house.

All the reporters following her say she’s going directly to Gettysburg...
Not sure at this point but worth a shot...if not we got a few hours to take in the history.

The Founding Fathers speak to President No. 45.
Sarah says “I’ve got it!”

Well, like I said, it's easier for her to get to Antietam from Baltimore than to Gettysburg. Reporters are showing their ignorance. I'm doubtful because if she gets here this evening, it will be late. The Gettysburg battlefield is BIG, and so even if she arrives, it might be tough to find their bus.
Also, be advised that all the main streets are tore up for water and sewer line replacement. It's a pain in the butt getting through the historic district and down to Steinwehr/Emmitsburg Road, where the main part of the battlefield is located. Parking is bad too.

K thanks for the tip....
What do you think about Cemetary Hill?

Its fascinating to watch how a family out on an RV vacation, just sniffing around historic sites, can create such a buzz among people who loathe her. Yeah, just imagine the attention she'd get if she were "relevant".

Hmmmm....well, Cemetery Hill is fairly accessible from the Baltimore Pike, but again, parking is bad today because of the parade.
Cemetery Ridge (and the Highwater Mark) is only accessible from Steinwehr from the north (and the Pumping Station Road from the southwest) since Emmitsburg Road is completely blocked about four miles south of the battlefield at Marsh Creek due to bridge construction.

Well we are leaving now....Patriot News just reported on pennlive that she is heading to Gettysburg now...so here goes nothing....lol
I am thinking Cemetary Hill but we shall see.

So do I. She’s probably along for the ride because she’s Conroy’s pal and she covered Palin in the ‘08 campaign.
Conroy is the one who has gotten the big scoops in the last week.

When it comes to trying to find Palin, maybe the LSM should get a copy of the old computer game, “Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego” to study?
